The Margate City Public Library is dedicated to serving our community by providing cutting edge library services. We offer a current collection of information resources including books, DVDs, sound recordings, and more. We also provide access to computers, the internet, and an excellent selection of online databases for homework and research. Our collection is further broadened through our participation in Inter-Library Loan. Beyond resources, the Margate Library strives to provide our clientele with thorough and courteous service. Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9:30am-8:00pm
Wednesday and Friday 9:30am-5:00pm
Saturday 9:30am-5:00pm
Sunday 10:00am-2:00pm

Internet Access
The Library offers Internet access to the public; simply present a Margate Library Card. We also offer public Wireless Internet access. There will be a cost of 10 cents per page for printing.

Books may be renewed by phone, online, or in person. High demand books and items on reserve may not be renewed. Movies may not be renewed. The overdue fine for books is 10 cents per day, the overdue for videos is $1.00 per day per title.

The library accepts reserve requests on all circulating titles. The forms are available at the circulation desk. You may also reserve titles through the online catalog.
